Singapore Airlines Cancellation Policy: 

  • Passengers are permitted to cancel their flight at least within 24 hours before the flight ticket, then, cancellation fees will not be applied but the cancellation of the booking should be made by the official website of Singapore Airlines or authorized reservation center.
  • Passengers are allowed to cancel their booking within 2 hours before the departure time. 
  • According to the Singapore Airlines Cancellation Policy, passengers are only permitted to cancel their booking from the official website of Singapore Airlines or its application or directly from the airport reservation counter or with the help of a customer service number. 
  • In case, a passenger can’t continue their travel due to illness or relative death then, he/she can cancel their booking without any cancellation charges but, the passenger needs to follow a few standard procedures.

Singapore Airlines Cancellation Procedure 

Online Procedure:

  • Visit the official website of Singapore Airlines via any web browser.
  • Then, tap on the ‘Manage Booking’ section.
  • Enter the ‘E-ticket Number’ & ‘Last Name’ of the passenger.
  • Again, click on the ‘Manage Booking’ button.
  • Choose your flight ticket booking & tap on the Cancel button.

Passengers will get the acknowledgment about the cancellation on their registered email address.

Offline Procedure:

  • To get instant cancellation, you need to dial the customer service 24X7 helpline number and directly speak with a travel representative.
  • Over the call, just share the booking information and get the best possible assistance for the flight ticket cancellation.

Singapore Airlines Refund Policy:

  • Passengers' flight tickets must be eligible for the refundable then, the refund amount will credit within 7 to 10 working days and the refund will credit to the original payment mode of the passenger which was used for the booking.
  • As per the Singapore Airlines refund policy, if the flight has been canceled by Singapore Airlines, then passengers will get a full refund amount without any deduction.
  • For military orders, government orders, juridical orders, serious injury, or relative death, passengers would cancel their flight before departure time then, passengers will get the value of the refund without any cancellation charges.

  • After visiting the refund request webpage, just fill out all the information and click on the Submit button.
  • After evaluating all the information, your refund will process.

Singapore Airlines Cancellation Fee:

The Singapore Airlines cancellation charges vary from passenger to passenger where Economy class passenger needs to pay 100 US dollars and premium class passenger have to pay 200 to 300 US dollars as a Singapore Airlines cancellation fee but if any passenger avails the Kris flyer membership program then, they have to pay just 50 to 75 dollars.
